"Ego"

"EGO"! Yes, that's right it is all about one's own ego. It is not about choice,rights, or about protecting others, it is all about maintaining one's own ego. No one wants others to tell them they need to do this or that, however it all comes down to, ego. I would like to know what ever happened to helping to protect your fellow human, or neighbor. For many its gone out the window when being told what to do. As the old saying goes, it's always warmer standing in the sun, rather than standing in the shadows, same goes with it is always nicer to be out of ICU, rather than fighting for your life inside of one! Also since we all took off the masks, other non-covid viruses have returned ie: flu, colds, allergies, stomach bugs, rsv, but yea again masks don't work is all you hear. Nope these other things never went away, that mask you wore helped you not to get it though, but yes, your right to say masks don't work, but I have the right to say common sense skipped some of you. Food for thought!
